will come into effect on May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u8ba2\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u5bc6\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u79d1\u6280\u9632\u62a4\u7684\u91cd\u89c6\uff0c\u5728\u603b\u5219\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u56fd\u5bb6\u9f13\u52b1\u548c\u652f\u6301\u4fdd\u5bc6\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u4e3b\u521b\u65b0\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4fdd\u62a4\u4fdd\u5bc6\u9886\u57df\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u8ba2\u8fd8\u660e\u786e\uff0c\u6d89\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e94\u5f53\u6309\u7167\u56fd\u5bb6\u4fdd\u5bc6\u89c4\u5b9a\u548c\u6807\u51c6\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u5efa\u8bbe\u3001\u8fd0\u884c\u3001\u7ef4\u62a4\uff0c\u5e94\u6309\u89c4\u5b9a\u68c0\u67e5\u5408\u683c\u65b9\u53ef\u6295\u5165\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9a\u671f\u5f00\u5c55\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 China&#8217;s New Intellectual Property Regulations: Drug Registration Administrative Licensing Documents to be Electronicized<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e3a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4f18\u5316\u8425\u5546\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u5e02\u573a\u4e3b\u4f53\u53d1\u5c55\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\u6548\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u653f\u52a1\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u7ecf\u7814\u7a76\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u81ea2024\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u5bf9\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u54c1\u6807\u51c6\u9881\u5e03\u4ef6\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u7ec8\u6b62\u901a\u77e5\u4e66\u3001\u5bf9\u7167\u836f\u54c1\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u8fdb\u53e3\u5ba1\u6279\u610f\u89c1\u901a\u77e5\u4ef6\u7b49\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u6587\u4e66\u5b9e\u884c\u7535\u5b50\u5316\uff0c\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u7535\u5b50\u6587\u4e66\u4e0e\u7eb8\u8d28\u6587\u4e66\u5177\u6709\u540c\u7b49\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.\u5730\u540d\u7ba1\u7406\u6761\u4f8b\u5b9e\u65bd\u529e\u6cd5<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; in the new intellectual property regulations include a total of 26 articles, which will be implemented from May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; refine and supplement the &#8220;Regulations on the Management of Geographical Names&#8221;, highlight the pertinence, applicability and operability, and provide institutional guarantees for further improving the level of geographical name management services.<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5730\u540d\u547d\u540d\u66f4\u540d\u3001\u5730\u540d\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u5730\u540d\u6587\u5316\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the naming and renaming of place names, the &#8220;Measures&#8221; stipulates the preparation content, organization, implementation and change procedures of place name plans, and clarifies special regulations that do not use personal names, business names, and trademark names as place names.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the cultural protection of geographical names, the &#8220;Measures&#8221; improve the system of geographical names protection list, refine the categories, contents, publication and other requirements of the geographical names protection list, and stipulate that the geographical names included in the protection list can adopt the methods of establishing signs, deriving names, revitalizing and using, and producing Protect and utilize cultural products and carry out publicity activities.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.\u62db\u6807\u6295\u6807\u9886\u57df\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\u5ba1\u67e5\u89c4\u5219<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Fair Competition Review Rules in the Bidding and Bidding Fields&#8221; in the new intellectual property regulations will be implemented from May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The term &#8220;fair competition review&#8221; as mentioned in these rules refers to the review by administrative agencies and organizations with the function of managing public affairs authorized by laws and regulations on the regulations, administrative normative documents, and other policy documents involving the economic activities of business entities in the bidding field to be formulated, as well as Review and evaluate whether specific policy measures eliminate or restrict competition.<\/p>\n<p>\u89c4\u5219\u5c31\u5ba1\u67e5\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u5ba1\u67e5\u673a\u5236\u3001\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7ec6\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5 &#8220;Guidelines for Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Attributes (Trial)&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u65b0\u89c4\uff0c\u81ea2024\u5e744\u670830\u65e5\u8d77\u65bd\u884c\uff0c\u5bf9\u79d1\u521b\u677f\u62df\u4e0a\u5e02\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u6295\u5165\u3001\u53d1\u660e\u4e13\u5229\u6570\u91cf\u53ca\u8425\u4e1a\u6536\u5165\u590d\u5408\u589e\u957f\u7387\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u66f4\u9ad8\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f15\u5bfc\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u63d0\u9ad8\u7533\u62a5\u4f01\u4e1a\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.\u4e2d\u5df4\uff08\u6797\uff09\u4e13\u5229\u5ba1\u67e5\u9ad8\u901f\u8def\uff08PPH\uff09\u8bd5\u70b9\u5c06\u4e8e2024\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u542f\u52a8<\/h3>\n<p>According to the &#8220;Memorandum of Understanding between the China State Intellectual Property Office and the Bahrain Ministry of Industry and Commerce on the Patent Prosecution Highway Project&#8221;, the China and Bahrain Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot project will be officially launched on May 1, 2024 for a period of five years. Ends on April 30, 2029.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.7 Implementation of the &#8220;Henan Province Specialized and New Enterprise Cultivation Support Measures (Trial)&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Recently, the &#8220;Henan Province Specialized and New Enterprise Cultivation Support Measures (Trial)&#8221; (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Measures&#8221;) will come into effect on May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; clarify that it is necessary to encourage and support specialized and new enterprises to improve their intellectual property capabilities in terms of intellectual property pledge financing, intellectual property insurance, rapid intellectual property protection, full-process intellectual property services, and intellectual property rewards and incentives.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.8 Implementation of the &#8220;Xiamen Arbitration Commission Intellectual Property Dispute Arbitration Rules&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Xiamen Arbitration Commission Arbitration Rules for Intellectual Property Disputes&#8221; were adopted at the third committee meeting of the Seventh Xiamen Arbitration Commission on March 6, 2024, and are hereby announced and will come into effect on May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.9 The newly revised &#8220;Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Regulations&#8221; will come into effect in May<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Regulations&#8221; (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Regulations&#8221;) were adopted by the 8th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial People&#8217;s Congress on March 27, 2024, and will come into effect on May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Regulations&#8221; are of great significance for further regulating the province&#8217;s scientific and technological progress and innovation behavior, improving the scientific and technological progress and innovation systems and mechanisms, and accelerating the construction of a strong socialist modernization province in the new era.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.10 Implementation of the &#8220;Business Secret Protection and Management Regulations&#8221; in Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province<\/h3>\n<p>On April 18, 2024, the T\/ZJGSZSH 001-2024 group standard &#8220;Business Secret Protection Management Regulations&#8221; of Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province was officially released and will be implemented on May 1, 2024.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.11 &#8220;Hainan Province Data Intellectual Property Registration and Management Measures (Trial)&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; have a total of 5 chapters and 22 articles, clearly specifying the content, procedures, management, and supervision of data intellectual property registration within the administrative jurisdiction of Hainan Province. The aim is to standardize the behavior of data intellectual property registration, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of market entities of data elements, promote the efficient production, circulation, and utilization of data elements, and support the high-quality development of the digital economy.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; point out that the registration of data intellectual property rights is to register a collection of data with practical value that is obtained in accordance with the law and processed through certain rules, thereby conferring rights and interests on the data processor.<\/p>\n<p>\u6570\u636e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u767b\u8bb0\u5e94\u5f53\u9075\u5faa\u6570\u636e\u53d1\u5c55\u89c4\u5f8b\uff0c\u628a\u63e1\u6570\u636e\u8981\u7d20\u57fa\u672c\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5408\u89c4\u3001\u81ea\u613f\u767b\u8bb0\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6d41\u901a\u3001\u516c\u5f00\u900f\u660e\u3001\u8bda\u5b9e\u4fe1\u7528\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u79d8\u5bc6\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u9690\u79c1\u4e0d\u53d7\u4fb5\u72af\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Measures&#8221; will be implemented on a trial basis from May 1, 2024, for a three-year trial period.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">\u4e8c\u3001\u4ed6\u56fd\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u65b0\u89c4<\/mark><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\u97e9\u56fd\u5546\u6807\u5171\u5b58\u540c\u610f\u5236\u5ea6\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff01<\/h3>\n<p>\u5907\u53d7\u77a9\u76ee\u7684\u97e9\u56fd\u5546\u6807\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5c06\u4e8e2024\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u6700\u503c\u5f97\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u5546\u6807\u5171\u5b58\u540c\u610f\u4e66\u5236\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u5b58\u540c\u610f\u5236\u5ea6\u5c06\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6b63\u5728\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e142024\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u672a\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u7684\u5546\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u57282024\u5e745\u6708\u524d\u6536\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0e\u5728\u5148\u5546\u6807\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e3a\u7531\u7684\u9a73\u56de\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u5411\u97e9\u56fd\u4e13\u5229\u5ba1\u5224\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8bc9,\u56e0\u4e3a\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u591f\u4ece\u5728\u5148\u5546\u6807\u6743\u5229\u4eba\u5904\u83b7\u5f97\u5171\u5b58\u540c\u610f\u4e66,\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u4e13\u5229\u5ba1\u5224\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u5171\u5b58\u540c\u610f\u4e66\uff0c\u4ee5\u6d88\u9664\u56e0\u4e0e\u5728\u5148\u5546\u6807\u7c7b\u4f3c\u800c\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u7684\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.\u5229\u6bd4\u4e9a\u65b0\u5546\u6807\u7ec6\u5219\u5b9e\u65bd\uff01<\/h3>\n<p>2024\u5e742\u670814\u65e5\uff0c\u5229\u6bd4\u4e9a\u5c06\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b0\u7684\u5546\u6807\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ec6\u5219\uff0c\u65b0\u5546\u6807\u7ec6\u5219\u5c06\u4e8e2024\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5f00\u59cb\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u624b\u7eed\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff081\uff09\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u59d4\u6258\u4e66\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e3a\u81ea\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d771\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff082\uff09\u6240\u6709\u5916\u56fd\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u8bf7\u6587\u4ef6\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u516c\u8bc1\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(3) If the applicant is a company, you must submit an excerpt of the company&#8217;s entry in the commercial register, or a company registration certificate\/any document proving the legal existence of the applying company, and provide an Arabic translation.
