This team will be responsible for a comprehensive evaluation of the case, including the validity of the patent, the reasonableness of the infringement allegations, and possible defense strategies. Carefully study the plaintiff&#8217;s patent documents, clarify the scope of patent protection and technical solutions, and determine the points of dispute.<br \/><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">\u5206\u6790\u4fb5\u6743\u5224\u5b9a\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u8986\u76d6\u539f\u5219\uff1a<\/span> According to Article 7 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People&#8217;s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Infringement Dispute Cases, if the technical features of the accused infringing technical solution are missing one or more technical features recorded in the claims, or if one or more technical features are different or not equivalent, the people&#8217;s court shall determine that it does not fall within the scope of protection of the patent right.<br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">2. \u6536\u96c6\u4e0d\u4fb5\u6743\u8bc1\u636e<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">\u6280\u672f\u7279\u5f81\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff1a<\/span> Collect evidence that does not constitute infringement of one&#8217;s own product or behavior, such as product design, production process, usage instructions, etc., to prove that there are differences between one&#8217;s product and patented technology.<br \/><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">\u73b0\u6709\u6280\u672f\u6297\u8fa9\uff1a<\/span> \u5982\u679c\u88ab\u544a\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6216\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u7533\u8bf7\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u516c\u5f00\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u73b0\u6709\u6280\u672f\u6297\u8fa9\u3002<br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">3. \u63d0\u8d77\u4e13\u5229\u65e0\u6548\u5ba3\u544a\u8bf7\u6c42<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">Destroy the plaintiff&#8217;s patent foundation:<\/span> submit a request to the China National Intellectual Property Administration for invalidation of the patent, requesting invalidation of the patent involved. \u5982\u679c\u88ab\u544a\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u7533\u8bf7\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6216\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u7533\u8bf7\u65e5\u4e4b\u540e\u7ee7\u7eed\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u5148\u7528\u6743\u6297\u8fa9\u3002<br \/><span style=\"color: #705b90;\">\u5408\u6cd5\u6765\u6e90\u6297\u8fa9\uff1a<\/span>
