The core technical point of the protection is &#8220;the clamping device is integrally rotatably connected to the top of the telescopic rod&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>After the patent was granted, the patentee began to &#8220;operate&#8221; and launched &#8220;rights protection&#8221; activities across the country, so it has also experienced multiple invalidations. From public information, it can be seen that the patent has been sued for infringement 30 times. Except for one &#8220;partial invalidation&#8221; in 2016, the rest have maintained the validity of all patent rights, that is, claims 2-12 are currently valid, so the current protection scope is:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #810088;\">\uff082\uff09\u6839\u636e\u6743\u5229\u8981\u6c421\u6240\u8ff0\u7684\u81ea\u62cd\u88c5\u7f6e,\u5176\u7279\u5f81\u5728\u4e8e:\u6240\u8ff0\u8f7d\u7269\u53f0\u4e0a\u8bbe\u6709\u4e00\u7f3a\u53e3,\u6240\u8ff0\u5939\u7d27\u673a\u6784\u8bbe\u6709\u4e00\u4e0e\u6240\u8ff0\u7f3a\u53e3\u4f4d\u7f6e\u76f8\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u6298\u5f2f\u90e8,\u6240\u8ff0\u4f38\u7f29\u6746\u6298\u770b\u540e\u53ef\u5bb9\u7f6e\u4e8e\u6240\u8ff0\u7f3a\u53e3\u53ca\u6298\u5f2f\u90e8\u3002<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4fdd\u62a4\u8303\u56f4\u5bf9\u4e8e\u81ea\u62cd\u6746\u4ea7\u54c1\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5927\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">4.\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\uff1a\u6210\u529f\u4e0e\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20<\/mark><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u62cd\u6746\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u662f\u5076\u7136\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u5176\u5b9e\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In the process of the author&#8217;s contact with corporate clients, it was found that quite a few companies, regardless of size, had once had &#8220;very recognized&#8221; technologies. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a good agent to write patent application documents, the economic value such as the selfie stick patent was not realized.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u7b14\u8005\u66fe\u9047\u5230\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u627f\u8bfa\u7ef4\u6743\u6210\u529f\u540e\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8d54\u507f\u90fd\u7ed9\u7b14\u8005\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u5236\u6b62\u4fb5\u6743\u3001\u62ff\u56de\u5e02\u573a\u5360\u6709\u7387\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u7b14\u8005\u770b\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4e13\u5229\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u5a49\u62d2\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e13\u5229\u8981\u4e48\u4fdd\u62a4\u8303\u56f4\u8fc7\u5c0f\uff0c\u5bf9\u65b9\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u6784\u6210\u4fb5\u6743\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u6743\u5229\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u8f7b\u6613\u65e0\u6548\u6389\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, whether a technology can realize economic value through patent protection requires &#8220;time, place and people&#8221;, that is:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\uff081\uff09\u597d\u6280\u672f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u8ba4\u4e3a\u521b\u65b0\u4e0d\u5206\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u597d\u521b\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\uff082\uff09\u597d\u4e13\u5229\u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u4e13\u5229\u6587\u4ef6\u600e\u4e48\u5199\uff0c\u662f\u7ef4\u6743\u80fd\u5426\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5173\u952e\uff1b\u4e14\u4e00\u65e6\u5199\u574f\uff0c\u540e\u671f\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u633d\u6551\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\uff083\uff09\u597d\u8fd0\u8425<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4eba\u8fdb\u884c\u7ef4\u6743\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u610f\u613f\uff0c\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u90e8\u5206\u5c55\u5f00\u8bb2\u7bc7\u5e45\u6781\u957f\uff0c\u6b64\u5904\u4e0d\u518d\u5c55\u5f00\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u539f\u6587\uff1a<a
