In order to prevent sagging, more columns must be used and the distance between the columns must be shortened. As a result, the construction cost and the difficulty of workers&#8217; construction have risen sharply, and there is a huge waste of resources.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u96be\u9898\uff0c\u8001\u9a6c\u548c\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u5c55\u4e86\u6570\u5e74\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7ec8\u4e8e\u57282017\u5e74\u6625\u5929\u8fce\u6765\u91cd\u5927\u7a81\u7834\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6210\u679c\u5fc5\u5c06\u6539\u53d8\u672a\u6765\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u7684\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u800c\u80fd\u5426\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f4f\u6765\u4e4b\u4e0d\u6613\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8d44\u6df1\u4e13\u5229\u4ee3\u7406\u5e08\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e13\u5229\u4ee3\u7406\u5e08\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u7cbe\u5fc3\u68c0\u7d22\u3001\u5e03\u5c40\u3001\u64b0\u5199\uff0c\u4e13\u5229\u6587\u4ef6\u7ec8\u4e8e\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6625\u5929\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u4e5f\u987a\u5229\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u6388\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">\u4e8c\u3001\u66b4\u98ce\u96e8\u524d\u7684\u5b81\u9759<\/mark><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>As the days passed, Mr. Ma&#8217;s team began to be busy with market development and other projects. It seemed that this patent had become a pearl in their past success. But the storm came quietly &#8211; in 2021, a piece of news broke their calm. Anti-glare net products similar to their design appeared on the market. These products appeared in competitors&#8217; bids without permission and even became popular on highways everywhere.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Obviously, Mr. Ma&#8217;s technological achievements were being infringed! They urgently contacted patent agents and patent litigation agents, hoping to regain the market that belonged to them through legal means.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In fact, Mr. Ma was very nervous at this time. It is said that patents are used to protect technology and markets, but he has not really defended his rights. Now he can&#8217;t see whether this patent can play a role.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">\u4e09\u3001\u7ef4\u6743\u4e4b\u6218<\/mark><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The horn of rights protection was officially sounded. Bulu&#8217;s professional team, after careful strategy formulation, launched an attack on the infringer. Then, in order to deal with the infringement lawsuit, the infringer filed the first invalidation request with CNIPA.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Because the patent documents four years ago were made very carefully, the first invalidation ended in failure. At this time, Mr. Ma&#8217;s heart was slightly relieved, and he felt that the text quality of this patent was very high, and he lamented that the original agency fee was really not wasted.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>However, the infringer was not reconciled to the first failure, and then filed the second and third invalidation requests, but each challenge failed to shake the validity of the patent. With his successive failures, Mr. Ma&#8217;s confidence became more and more full.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5b9e\u5728\u8fd9\u573a\u6743\u5229\u4fdd\u536b\u6218\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u8001\u9a6c\u6709\u575a\u5b9a\u7684\u7ef4\u6743\u610f\u5fd7\uff0c\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4e5f\u5728\u6280\u672f\u5c42\u9762\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u529b\uff0c\u66f4\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c42\u9762\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u7cbe\u51c6\u7684\u5224\u65ad\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">\u56db\u3001\u6311\u6218\u5347\u7ea7<\/mark><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Although CNIPA upheld the validity of the anti-glare net patent three times, the infringer still refused to accept the decision and filed an administrative lawsuit against CNIPA in the first instance. However, the court&#8217;s decision once again supported the validity of the patent. The infringer was unwilling to lose and finally appealed to the SPC.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>For the patent attorney team, this was the final battle. In the SPC court, two commissioned patent attorneys appeared on behalf of the third party in this case (that is, the patent owner Mr. Ma), firmly and forcefully stated their position, cited many technical analyses and legal arguments, and faced the other party&#8217;s doubts and challenges. Afterwards, Mr. Ma said that he felt at ease in the SPC court.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #705b90;\">\u4e94\u3001\u6700\u7ec8\u80dc\u5229<\/mark><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\u4fb5\u6743\u4eba\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8bf7\u6c42\uff0c\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86\u539f\u5224\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u80dc\u5229\uff0c\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u5bf9\u4ee3\u7406\u5e08\u56e2\u961f\u591a\u5e74\u52aa\u529b\u7684\u6700\u5927\u80af\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>At the end of this story, the sun shines on the highway again, the infringed patent right of the &#8220;anti-glare net patent&#8221;
