论坛上，京津冀三地技术与创新支持中心（TISC）协同创新合作签约仪式成为亮点，标志着这一区域在知识产权保护与运营方面迈出了新的步伐。

作为河北代表，世界知识产权组织技术与创新支持中心主任张明月，荣幸地参与了此次签约仪式。张明月主任在仪式上表示，此次合作将为京津冀地区的技术创新提供强有力的知识产权保护，进一步促进区域内的科技创新和经济发展。

此次协同创新合作协议的签署，将进一步推动TISC在京津冀地区的发展，为区域内的科技创新提供有力保障。

张明月主任还就知识产权保护、技术创新等议题发表了演讲。他表示，知识产权保护是技术创新的重要保障，也是推动经济发展的重要动力。

As an important region for China’s scientific and technological innovation, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region must attach great importance to intellectual property protection and provide all-round support and services to innovative entities.

此外，张明月主任还透露，未来，京津冀技术与创新支持中心将进一步加强与国内外知名企业和机构的合作，引进先进的技术和管理经验，提升知识产权保护与运营水平。同时，还将加大培训力度，提高创新主体的知识产权意识和保护能力，为区域内的科技创新提供有力支撑。

Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and turning intellectual property into “real money” is one of the services provided by TISC. The three countries will focus on the operational needs of intellectual property protection in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, plan cross-regional collaborative special services, strengthen innovation collaboration in patent big data products, intellectual property finance, patent conversion transactions, etc., promote technological innovation and application research, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

三地还将加强市场需求对接，密切关注政策动态，推动京津冀园区间、企业间、高校间、知识产权服务间的有效对接，以实现更高效的资源利用和更快速的技术创新，共同促进京津冀协同创新共同体建设。
